As a ONE chapter in RGS, we recognise our roles as global citizens and the importance of stepping up action against poverty and other pertinent social issues. We will independently but in collaboration with the organisation and contribute to the common cause via organising various events within RGS in accordance with our aims and objectives. Throughout the year, we will liaise with ONE (SINGAPORE) and hold activities for the school population that we feel will best achieve our aims.
Furthermore, another important aspect of our project is ensuring its continuity throughout the years to spread the message that the achievement of the MDGs is a continuous effort. We hope to inspire the school population to take this project on as a cause for the years to come so RGS will continue to participate actively in the accomplishment of the MDGs as a vital step in eradicating global problems.
